In an expansion of its creation of original content, VIZ Media has signed to publish color graphic novels based on Spin Master and Marathon Media’s Redakai, beginning in October.  Redakai is an animated series produced by Marathon and airing on Cartoon Network, and a TCG and toy line produced by Spin Master, utilizing unique lenticular technology.  Redakai had a big push in both mass merchants (see “’Redakai’ Demos Expanded”) and hobby game stores. 

The new VIZ content is unrelated to the comic miniseries announced by Spin Master (see “Redakai Comic”).
