As He Leaves

Rob Liefeld put the cherry on the sundae of his August departure from DC on Wednesday, by tweeting his reaction to the news that his editor was also leaving DC. Brian Smith tweeted his departure from DC: "Last day at DC this Friday! Good times, learned a LOT (good and bad). Back to freelance and creator owned comics for me."
Liefeld reacted with a tweet of his own, complete with hashtag: "So I walked out of DC due to my editor’s incompetence. Now he’s gone. #funny"
Liefeld’s departure from DC last month, where he was working on three books, kicked off a Twitterstorm last month after he tweeted about his "editorial battles" (see "Liefeld Leaves DC").
