The Walking Dead writer Robert Kirkman has teamed with TWD distributor Fox International Channels for a new TV series with an exorcism theme, according to Variety.  The series will be based on an upcoming Kirkman comic series.  The series will tell the story of a young man, plagued by possession since he was a child, who searches for answers that could end life on earth. 

This could be Kirkman’s third series.  He’s also got Thief of Thieves in development with AMC (see "AMC Developing a Second Series with Kirkman").
