Fantasy Flight Games announced two large starship expansions for its Star Wars X-Wing miniatures game for 2014 at Gen Con at their Friday In Flight Report event.
 
Both the GR-75 Rebel Transport and Escort ($59.95) and Tantive IV (Blockade Runner) ($89.95) will release in early 2014.  The Rebel Transport escort will also feature the Jek Porkins pilot card. FFG also announced two new modes of play to accommodate the massive ship editions for X-Wing: Epic Tournament Play and Campaign Mode.  
 
FFG also began selling the four single starships expansions (pictured here) announced back in May (see "Four New 'Star Wars X-Wing' Ships") at their booth.
 
Star Wars X-Wing currently ranks number 3 on the Top 5 Miniatures properties (see "Top 5 Non-Collectible Miniature Lines--Spring 2013").
