NBC has announced David Goyer’s Constantine among its series pickups for 2014-15, according to THR.
Based on the Vertigo property, the Constantine adaptation came together fairly quickly (see "First 'Constantine' Image").
So with the recent confirmation that Gotham has been ordered to series on Fox (see "First 'Gotham' Trailer"), and the CW ordering The Flash and iZombie (see "CW Orders 'Flash' and 'iZombie' Series"), DC will have five primetime shows, three from the DCU and two from Vertigo, on the small screen in the drama category this fall.
