Marvel has announced a new hardcover edition of the Howard the Duck Omnibus, releasing October 29th.
Duckworld’s most famous resident returns, and the omnibus edition includes the stories from Adventures Into Fear #19, Man-Thing #1, Giant-Size Man-Thing #4-5, Howard the Duck #1 - #33, Marvel Treasury Edition #12 and Marvel Team-Up #96. The more-than-800-page edition has an MSRP of $99.99.
The foul-mouthed fowl was created by Steve Gerber and Val Mayerik in 1973, and waddled his way through the Marvel Universe armed only with his razor-sharp wit. He has made several appearances in Marvel cartoons, video games and starred in his own live-action movie in 1986. He also recently appeared in a post-credit scene in Guardians of the Galaxy.
