ComicsOne has announced that it will publish a comic adaptation of Wen Rui-An's novel, The 4 Imperial Constables, beginning in February 2004. The adaptation will be written by popular writer Andy Seto, and drawn by Hong Kong phenom Tony Wong. Wen Rui-An, a Malaysian of Chinese descent, wrote 49 martial arts series in a prolific writing career. His work is credited with stimulating the kung fu hysteria nearly 40 years ago. The comic adaptation, to be published as The Four Constables, will be released in a series of 120-page trade paperbacks at $13.95.
