ShoPro Entertainment has awarded the master toy license for Megaman NT Warrior to Mattel, Inc. The property is based on the Capcom video game series and a long-running manga series.
The property has had strong ratings on The Kids' WB! (see 'Kids' WB Orders More Blue Bombers') and visibility in the grocery store (see 'Mega Man Celebrates 15 Years of Fun'), and in comic stores via the Dreamwave series.
The release date for the first wave of what promises to be a popular toy line has not yet been announced.
