Score Entertainment's Yu Yu Hakusho Trading Card Game was voted Best Trading Card Game of 2003 by Inquest Gamer Magazine.  Fans choose the Inquest Gamer Award Winners, which makes Yu Yu Hakusho's victory all the sweeter to Score's Jonathan Quesenberry, who enthused: 'We are all ecstatic about this news. We would like to thank everyone out there who showed their support for our game.'  The award was especially surprising since the Yu Yu Hakusho TCG did not debut until September of 2003.  The game has grown swiftly backed by Score's strong organized play program, which includes an official tournament structure and lots of interactive on-line resources.

The Yu Yu Hakusho manga series, which was the starting point for the entire Yu Yu Hakusho phenomenon, continues to perform well for Viz, while the Yu Yu Hakusho anime series remains in the public eye thanks to exposure on the Cartoon Network and the continuing release of DVDs by Funimation Productions.  Meanwhile Score plans to issue Gateway, the third expansion for the Yu Yu Hakusho TCG, on April 9.
