WWE sued Marvel last month over rights to the Hulk Hogan name.  A primary issue in the suit is the expiration date of the license, which Marvel claims expired last month and WWE argues that lasts until next March.  WWE began licensing the name from Marvel after a dispute over the use of Hulk Hogan, Hulkamania, and the Hulkster in the 80s.  WWE wants to rebroadcast old matches as part of its new on-demand service.
