According to the Hollywood Reporter, Universal Pictures has optioned Bryan Lee O'Malley's graphic novel, Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life.  Edgar Wright, who co-wrote and directed the highly successful (and satirical) horror film, Shaun of the Dead, is in negotiations to direct the film. 

Oni Press has published Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life ($11.95), which chronicles the misadventures of a slacker who can win his 'true love' only by defeating her seven evil ex-boyfriends.  A second Scott Pilgrim volume, Scott Pilgrim Versus the World ($11.95), is due out later this month from Oni, which also publishes Bryan Lee O'Malley's Lost at Sea ($11.95).
