Goldbrick Games has released expansion decks for its Perpetual Commotion party game.  Perpetual Commotion Silver and Gold and Perpetual Commotion Black and White each contain two decks (one of each color), and allow increases in the maximum number of players that can play the game (to 8, or 10).  MSRP is $7.95.
