Mongoose will release a new product grouping for its Starship Troopers Miniatures Game based on the Skinnies, ruthless alien soldiers (they're tall and thin, hence the name) from the Heinlein novel, in March. The product range includes the Skinnies Army Book ($19.95) and three box sets (Skinnie Raiders at $19.95, Skinnie Solders at $24.95, and Skinnie General at $19.95). Mongoose will also release the Spider Bug, Mobile Infantry Cougar Exo-Suits, and Mobile Infantry Grizzly Exo-Suits box sets, all at $24.95.
Mongoose will also release three Babylon 5 RPG 2nd Edition products in March. The company promises that the second edition of the game will improve on the original's systems for skills, telepathy, influence and space combat. The three products are the Babylon 5 Roleplaying Game & Fact Book at $49.95; The Babylon 5 Second Edition Full Season Guide at $39.95, which is a full episode guide for all the seasons of the series; a Game Masters Screen at $14.95; and Babylon 5 2nd Edition: The Cold Equation at $9.95. The Cold Equation is the first part of an epic-scale adventure arc that will be continued in The Ragged Edge, due out in April.
