According to the Anime News Service seiyuu Aya Hirano, who voiced the role of Lumiere in the first season of the Kiddy Grade anime, announced on a Japanese radio show that a second season, tentatively known as KG2, was in production. Produced by Gonzo in 2002 the original 24-episode Kiddy Grade anime featured the exploits of ?clair and Lumier, two surprisingly powerful (though low-ranking) operatives of GOTT, the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, an organization that turns out to have a lot more importance than its bureaucratic name might suggest.
