Variety is reporting that a deal has been struck between the Irwin Allen estate and 20th Century Fox TV and Fox Television Studios to revive four Allen properties: Lost in Space, Time Tunnel, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, and Land of the Giants. First up will be a Time Tunnel series for Fox and a two-hour pilot for NBC based on Lost in Space. Also included in the deal are the rights to distribute the original 83 Lost in Space episodes from 1965-68, plus potential feature films, merchandising, and licensing.
