Level 99 Games will release Spooktacular, a new board game, into retail soon.
The game is set at an old Silver Cinema on Halloween Night of 1986, where people have been invited to participate in an all-night horror film marathon watch. Unfortunately, due to an intense thunderstorm, the cinema's power circuits get scrambled and the monsters from the silver screen come to life. Players take on the roles of monsters who are out to devour guests using their unique abilities to help wrangle their dinner. The goal of the game is to collect ticket cards for points, and the game ends when a player reaches 50 points or the ticket cards run out. The player with the most points wins.
This game is for one to five players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 45 minutes. It will retail for $60.00.
