A re-imagining of Kawasaki’s Traders of Carthage, this hand management card game cast players in the role of Japanese merchants transporting cargo from Osaka to Edo. Players must successfully deliver cargo from one port to the other, and have a choice of buying goods, getting coins, or reserving a card on their turn. Every action will affect opponents’ future moves.
The box contains: 108 cards, 48 achievement tokens, 4 ships, 4 traders pieces, 4 reservation pieces, a game board and a rulebook. The game is for 2-4 players, ages 13 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. MSRP is $29.99.
