Crow creator James O’Barr said an actor has been cast to play the lead in the movie remake, according to Dread Central.  Jack Huston, who played the disfigured assassin Richard Harrow in Boardwalk Empire, will play Eric Draven.

New director Corin Hardy became attached to the film last December (see “’The Crow’ Remake Has New Director”). 

Merch is ready to flow; Upper Deck has games and other merch tied to the existing IP, and IDW has been publishing comics.
