Mayfair Games will offer an advance opportunity to play Star Trek: Five Year Mission, its new cooperative dice game, at the Gen Con 2015 Warp Speed Charity Tournament.  Marina Sirtis, Deanna Troi in Star Trek: The Next Generation, will be at the event.

Players in the game will take the roles of crew members from the USS Enterprise (original series) or the USS Enterprise-D  (Star Trek: The Next Generation), and try to cooperatively solve a series of Green, Yellow and Red alerts before failing five, or getting the Enterprise destroyed.  Depending on what era the games take place in, crew members have different abilities, and both the crew and alert encounters are different.

Star Trek: Five Year Mission is for 3-7 players.

The Warp Speed Charity Tournament will be held at the Georgia Street Pavilion on Saturday, August 1, with registration through Gen Con events.  Proceeds will benefit the official Gen Con charity, the Julian Center.
