Fantasy Flight Games announced a price increase of about 15% on the LCGS and board games on their Facebook site.
FFG, the makers of Arkham Horror, Marvel Champions, and Star Wars: Unlimited, joins the growing list of companies that are increasing their prices in 2025 (see "Rising Costs and Tariffs"). The company cited that the increase in prices is due to "rising production and import costs" that are beyond the company's control. These "import costs" likely include tariffs and increased container costs due to shipping demand as a result of tariffs.
The price increases will be levied on their LCGS and board games sold in the United States and will go into effect on July 15, 2025. The effective date for the price increases will occur a week after the July 8, 2025 deadline for other countries to broker a trade deal with the United States.
