The “Kanmusu” girls continue their battles against the deep sea fleet with the cards in this set, including upgraded armaments and new characters like Amatsukaze and Taigei. The cards in this set are designed so they can be combined with the earlier KanColle set. 15 different gold foil hot stamp cards will also be part of the set, featuring autographs from the Japanese voice cast. These cards will be randomly inserted in the booster packs.
In total, the KanColle: 2nd Fleet set will include 100 new cards, with 46 foil parallel cards. The cards will be in 8-card booster packs packaged 20 packs per display. Each display will also include one of four different PR cards.
The English language KanColle: 2nd Fleet packs will not include gold/silver campaign coupons or the PR cards included in the Japanese Edition. They may only be used in tournaments held outside of Japan.
The first KanColle set released on May 15 (see “Bushiroad Expands ‘Weiss Schwarz’ Support”). KanColle: 2nd Fleet will release about a month after the Log Horizon expansion, scheduled for October 23 (see “‘Weiss Schwarz: Log Horizon’”).
