Two new titles are being added to The Resistance universe from Indie Boards and Cards: Coup: Rebellion G54 and One Night Revolution. Both are completely stand-alone games, and have a mid-October release date.

Coup: Rebellion G54 was designed by Rikki Tahta as a sequel to his popular game Coup, neither requiring the original game nor expanding it. Game play uses the same roles core as the original game, but adds a pool of 25 characters with unique abilities. Five of these characters are selected at random, creating near limitless variety of game play, with over 5,000 combinations possible.

The game is for 3 - 6 players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 15 minutes. MSRP is $29.99.

One Night Revolution, a collaboration between Indie Boards & Cards and Bezier Games, features elements of the popular games The Resistance and One Night Ultimate Werewolf. Designed by Ted Alspach, One Night Revolution pits 3 - 10 players against each other with secret identities, either as members of the Resistance, attempting to overthrow the government, or as Spies, hoping to sabotage the Resistance's plans. Originally titled One Night Resistance (see "'The Resistance' Meets 'One Night Ultimate Werewolf'"), this game wildly outstripped a modest Kickstarter goal of $10,000, achieving over $150,000 in funding.

The game is for 3 - 10 players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 15 minutes. The MSRP is $24.99.

Coup: Rebellion 54 and One Night Revolution are only the most recent games set in the world of The Resistance Universe from Indie Boards and Cards. These games have been immensely popular since first gaining wide notice on TableTop (see "Four Games You May Have Missed"); Coup was one of the most popular games for the Fall/Holiday season last year (see "Top 10 Hobby Channel Card/Dice Games - Fall/Holiday 2014").
