Free League Publishing announced the Rapture Protocol Cinematic Adventure Set and Rapture Protocol Miniatures Set for the ALIEN RPG: Evolved Edition.  Both sets will release in November 2025.

Rapture Protocol follows the travails of the crew of the USS Fidanza, a small starfreighter bound for the Jeremiah VI industrial colony, where their resupply run dissolves into deadly conflict.  The adventure is designed either to stand on its own or to serve as the launching point for the Jeremiah Saga adventure trilogy.  It is intended for three to five players.

The adventure set includes the main scenario book, a double-sided map measuring 86.4 by 55.8 cm featuring the Fidanza on one side and the Jeremiah mining base on the other, five pre-generated characters, game cards, tokens, and player handouts.  MSRP is $39.99.

The characters in the Rapture Protocol adventure are also represented in the Rapture Protocol Miniatures Set, which features 20 hard plastic miniatures designed for use with the game.  The 28mm minis are suitable for use with any ALIEN RPG adventures. In addition, the set comes with a bonus set of simplified combat rules and a scenario generator that players can use to create skirmish battles in the ALIEN universe. MSRP is $59.99.

The release of both sets will coincide with the launch of the new Evolved Edition core rulebook (see “‘ALIEN RPG: Evolved Edition’”).  The venerable SF horror franchise gets a new FX Networks series starting next month (see “‘Alien: Earth’ Trailers”).
