Dark Horse announced its partnership with Moebius Productions in France at New York Comic Con last fall to release a comprensive library of the work ofthe hugely influential comic book artist (see “Dark Horse to Publish 'Moebius Library'”). The release of the first volume will commemorate both Moebius’ 60th Anniversary of his first published work and Dark Horse’s 30th Anniversary.
Names of forthcoming volumes were also announced, including The Art of Edena, Inside Moebius Part 1, Inside Moebius Part 2, Inside Moebius Part 3, and The Art of Moebius. The Art of Edena and Art of Moebius will each include pieces from the artist’s private collection which have not been seen by the public. This will also be the first English release of the artist’s six-chapter autobiographical series Inside Moebius.
