Force of Will has announced the third set in its Lapis series, Return of the Dragon Emperor.  Ten-card booster packs from the new set will be released March 10, 2017.  Card types include five kinds each of J/Rulers, Basic magic stones, and Special Magic Stones, eight kinds of Additons, 27 kinds of Chants, and 55 kinds of Resonators. 

Box topper with initial orders is a limited PR card, and with three boxes, customer receives a limited rubber playmat. 

The Force of Will:  Lapis series started in September (see “’Force of Will:  The Lapis Cluster’”), and continues with Legacy Lost next week (see “’Force of Will:  Lapis Cluster 2—Legacy Lost’”).
