Kyutaro Horikita is a high school student with a cleaning fetish.  He loves to clean and make things neat and tidy and has developed a reputation around school for being an expert when it comes to how to make things clean.  What people don't realize however is that he's also a sweeper or someone who sweeps away negative emotions from people's hearts and minds.  One day a new transfer student enters named Fumi Nishioka who discovers Kyutaro's secret job and quickly becomes his assistant.

From the same author of Dengeki Daisy comes this story that could have been good had it been presented in a slightly different way.  To be entirely blunt, the heroine of this story is so thoroughly unlikeable that it was difficult to even get through this first volume.  Within the first few pages of her arrival it is made abundantly clear what her motivations are.

Being that she is an orphan without any money or family she dreams of finding her rich prince charming and being swept away in a happily ever after Cinderella story that involves her going from rags to riches.  She is so obsessed with this dream that when a rich troublemaker in her class hits on her, she isn't repulsed by him so much as she decides to zero in on all of his expensive accessories and weigh her choice on if she wants to get involved with him purely due to his money.

The male protagonist of the story isn't much better.  While he does show some signs of having a deeper and richer back story than Fumi does in the second half of the book, by the time this is being revealed my brain had already pretty much completely checked out of the story and left me caring very little about what was happening or being shown to me.

This is a book for younger female teen readers who haven't given up on their dreams yet and need a reminder that you can't let negative emotions cloud your mind and heart.  It's hard to imagine anyone outside of that demographic feeling particularly intrigued by this story or these characters.
