Random House has announced a new publishing agreement  with videogame company Capcom.  Random division Prima Games will have an exclusive relationship with Capcom for videogame strategy guides. And in conjunction with other Random House imprints, Prima plans to create a full line of publications based on Capcom's properties, focusing on strategy guides, but also including other products such as original graphic novels, videogame novels, and calendars. 

Plans are in place for a strategy guide for Shade, as well as a graphic novel and videogame novelization by writer Marv Wolfman (New Teen Titans, Blade).

Udon has published comics and manga based on Street Fighter (see 'Udon to Publish Street Fighter Manga'), and comics based on Darkstalkers (see 'Darkstalkers Comic to Get More Videogame Cross-Promotion').  Capcom's relationship with Udon will continue.
