Mike Boze of HawgHead Comics in Fort Smith, Arkansas saw the news about Wal-Mart and Target DVD Sales (see 'Wal-Mart, Target Dominate DVD Sales') and sees slim margins as bad business:

While I was reading this I was reminded of a dealer I knew back in the heyday of the card market.  He would brag that he was doing an $800 -$1,000 day selling boxes of sport cards.  The problem was the fact that he was selling boxes of cards for $100 that he may have paid $90-95 for.  So in reality, he was really only doing $80 or so a day, barely paying for the table space.
