USA Today waded into the biggest controversy in comics, Marvel's 'One More Day' Spider-Man storyline, in an article published on Thursday.  The biggest circulation paper in the U.S. described the comic world as 'in an uproar' over the erasing of continuity in the process of converting Peter Parker back to a bachelor.

The article quotes Marvel EIC Joe Quesada as saying that 'this is really the right thing to do for the long-term health of the character.'

The article also notes the release of the first chapter of 'Brand New Day' this week, and the conversion of Amazing Spider-Man to three times a month.
