Anime Expo has launched a convention commercial which will be seen on national cable networks Anime Network, FUNimation Channel, and IaTV; online, and in theaters in California. The :15 and :30 spots incorporate the convention’s 2009 theme song, 3-2-1 Breakin’ Out, from AX Guest of Honor Morning Musume, written and produced by Tsunko.
Other Guests of Honor announced for the show include Gundam 00 and Fullmetal Alchemist director Seiji Mizushima; Studio Orphee head and writer Yosuke Kuroda; Seth Green, Breckin Meyer, and the director and writers of Cartoon Network’s Robot Chicken; Trigun anime and manga creator Yasuhiro Nightow; Trigun movie director Satoshi Nishimura; and voice actress Kari Wahlgren.
