Spider-Man, who is currently the clear winner in the domestic box office derby, also dominates the second issue of Memorabilia Magazine, published in England by Titan Books.  Diamond Comic Distributors is distributing Memorabilia in the U.S., and the second issue is supposed to ship to retailers on June 26.  Memorabilia examines pop culture icons from the collector's point of view -- and the 18-page Spider-Man spread includes some strange, but true, classic Spidey collectibles, as well as a look at the new Marvel Legends and Marvel Studios (see 'Toy Biz Figures Continue To Improve') lines of action figures.

In addition to all the Spider-Man and Marvel features, the second issue of Memorabilia also examines the 'Kubrick' phenomenon by going back to the source, the Japanese toy company Medicom, which invented the blocky figures, which were ubiquitous at this year's New York Toy Fair (see 'Toy Fair Trends').
