Solipsist Films has acquired the rights to Joe Casey and Caleb Gerard’s 2005 graphic novel Full Moon Fever.  Way back in 2004, even before AIT/Planet Lar had published the Full Moon Fever graphic novel, the property was acquired by producers Daniel Alter and Adrian Askarieh with Renny Harlin attached to direct (see “Director Signed for Joe Casey Film”). 

According to Rob Worley at Mania.com, Casey and Gerard’s high concept science fiction/horror saga of werewolves on the moon is still in the development stage with Solipsist busy arranging financing and shopping the film to various directors, but at least this promising project has been taken off the shelf and is being given another look.
