The current issue of Entertainment Weekly (dated January 29th, 2010) includes a six-page section (out of 72 total pages in the magazine) devoted to a preview of the Twilight Graphic Novel from Yen Press.  The EW preview includes 10 pages of the Twilight GN (printed sideways to display two graphic novel pages per one page of the magazine) plus an interview with Twilight creator Stephenie Meyer, who has been very vocal in her praise of the work of manhwa artist Young Kim in adapting her novels into the graphic novel format.

The preview of the Twilight Graphic Novel, which is due to be released on March 16th, is teased in a banner across the top of the EW cover.  Given the enormous popularity of the Twilight novels, which have sold more than 85 million copies worldwide, and this sort of publicity, it is no surprise that Yen Press has set a mammoth 350,000 first print run for the first Twilight graphic novel, which is the odds on favorite to become the bestselling graphic novel of 2010 (see “Twilight GN First Printing 350,000”).
