A crossover story bringing together Palladium Games’ Rifts and Razorback Entertainment’s Colt the Outlander will appear in the July issue of Heavy Metal.  The story will feature a Splugorth Slaver “Rift-ing” into the Colt the Outlander universe, followed by a Mega-Juicer bounty hunter who teams with Colt.   

A number of other possible Rifts deals are in the works.  The Rifts movie option has just been renewed by Jerry Bruckheimer’s JB Films for the 9th consecutive year, with a new script by Rawson Marshall Thurber that might be the one.  Rifts agent Surge Licensing is also pursuing comic and videogame deals for the property.
