Rebellion Publishing, which owns the properties from long-running UK weekly 2000 AD (among others), will launch a line of graphic novels in the U.S. with the release of Judge Dredd Case Files 01 and D.R. & Quinch in June.  These two volumes put the best foot of the line forward, introducing the most popular character (Judge Dredd, soon to be a 3D movie, see “Judge Dredd in 3D”) and early work by the super-hot Alan Moore.  

 

The Judge Dredd Case Files 01 is a 336-page b/w trade paperback with stories written by John Wagner and Pat Mills with art by Brian Bolland, Mike McMahon, Ian Gibson, and others, at $19.99   The Complete D.R. & Quinch is a 128-page b/w and color trade paperback written by Alan Moore, with art by Alan Davis, at $17.99.
