DC Comics has announced the November debut of The All New Batman: The Brave and The Bold comic book series.  The previous all ages Batman: The Brave and The Bold series, which is also based on the Cartoon Network animated series that airs on Friday nights, ended in October with issue #22.  The new series has a new creative team, writer Sholly Fisch (DC Super Friends) and Eisner Award-winning artist Rick Burchett (Batman: The Gotham Adventures).

DC announced the new all ages series on it’s The Source blog, where Alex Segura noted that Superman, who hasn’t yet appeared (completely) in the Cartoon Network series, will make an appearance in the comic book in issue #1 followed by Shazam! in issue #2 with more A-list co-stars and surprise guests in subsequent issues.
