Ford Motor Co. has announced that it will donate $5000 to the Hero Initiative at Baltimore Comic-Con this weekend.  The donation is part of Ford’s over-all participation at the event, which includes a display in the Convention Center, a raffle which will select two winners of the final issue of Ex Machina signed by Brian K. Vaughn, and opportunities to test drive three 2011 Ford Fiestas outside the Center. 

Hero Initiative is a not-for-profit that provides help to veteran comic creators in need.
