When Marvel extinguished the Human Torch in Fantastic Four #587, it marked the end of the Fantastic Four. But in March writer Jonathan Hickman and artist Steve Epting are launching FF #1. The surviving members of the Fantastic Four, Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, and Thing join forces with Spider-Man and some as-yet-unnamed superheroes to form The Freedom Foundation (the new FF). 

 

The first mission of the new FF is to save the Marvel Universe from one of its gravest threats. FF #1, which streets on March 23rd, will come with a standard cover by Epting plus variants from Daniel Acuna, Stan Goldberg, and Marko Djurdjevic. Djurdjevic is also creating a Fantastic Four 50th Anniversary Variant, and Marvel is also making a blank cover available.
