Jeffrey Reiner, who is 3-for-3 in getting his pilots greenlit for series, is in negotiations to direct the Wonder Woman pilot for NBC. McG had been in talks the helm the pilot (see “McG to Helm Wonder Woman Pilot”), but a scheduling conflict with a feature film made it impossible. All of the pilots directed by Reiner including the BSG prequel Caprica were picked up for at least one season.

 

According to Deadline, the David E. Kelley-penned Wonder Woman series features a very contemporary Diana Prince, a corporate executive living in L.A., who happens to be a vigilante crime fighter, and “a modern woman trying to balance all the elements of her extraordinary life.”
