Hermes Press has announced the publication of a “lost” graphic novel from 1988, Flint Dille and David Marconi’s Agent 13: The Midnight AvengerAgent 13 is the best kept secret of the late 1980s, a hardboiled mixture of traditional pulp adventure, modern action, and gritty realism created by G.I. Joe and Transformers cartoon writer Flint Dille and Enemy of the State and Live Free or Die Hard screenwriter David Marconi.

The writing team of Dille and Marconi managed to create two graphic novels, three prose novels, a few radio shows, and a role-playing game based on the property.  Amazon has reissued the Agent 13 prose novels for the Kindle and now Hermes Press is bringing back the 1988 graphic novel, Agent 13: The Midnight Avenger, which was written by Dille and Marconi and illustrated by cartoonist Dan Spiegel (Crossfire).

An Agent 13 movie project is currently in development in Hollywood by producer Sean Daniel, producer of The Mummy films, Dazed and Confused, and The Wolfman.
