Marvel has released a second teaser image for the Jonathan Hickman-penned Fantastic Four #600, which is due out on November 21st.  This new image features Black Bolt, the “King of the Inhumans,” who has a long history of interactions with the Fantastic Four.

 

Certainly the Black Bolt’s cryptic comment, “So That’s It?  Accept…Or Else?” is open to a wide range of interpretations, but an even bigger question is, who (or what) is behind Black Bolt?
