This weekend in various world capitols billboards went up directing fans to a Website where they can reserve tickets for special sneak peeks of Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man movie, which debuts in Japan on June 30th and in North America on July 3rd.  So far no one is sure just how much ASM footage will be sneaked during the event.  A recently leaked plot synopsis of the new film indicates that it will tell a heretofore untold story about the mystery of what happened to Peter Parker's parents, something that is noted in the new ASM posters and may be confirmed in the sneaked footage.

 

Deadline is reporting that this first wave of sneaks appears to be limited to specific theaters in New York, Los Angeles (capitol of the film world), Berlin, London, Madrid, Tokyo, Paris, Mexico City, Rome, Moscow, Rio, Seoul, and Sydney, and that tickets are going quickly.
