There’s no apologizing in the new TV spot for Shane Black’s Iron Man 3 that premiered at the Kids’ Choice Awards.  In this spot Tony Stark appears to be unabashedly glorying in his superpowered abilities.  Iron Man 3, which appears to be the safest bet among this summer’s superhero films, will also be the first one out of the gate when it debuts on May 3rd.

 

As the Iron Man 3’s release nears the pace of publicity releases picks up. In the past week Marvel released another TV spot (see "New Footage in 'IM3'Teaser") as well as an IMAX poster (see "'Iron Man 3' IMAX Poster Features Key Cast Members").
