IDW Limited will release a deluxe hardcover version of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Vol. 1 (which collects the first comics) in three levels of rarity and six variants.  Six variants are being created, one for each member of the core cast of the TV show.  All editions will have hand-built color printed tray cases, exclusive covers, and vellum overlays. 

The Red Label editions, each with a hand-drawn sketch card, will be limited to 100 copies.  Black Label editions, each with a sketch card and a sketch plate, will be limited to 50 copies.  And only five copies per character will be created of the Blue Label edition, which will come with an 11" x 14" original painting by My Little Pony cover artist Sara Richard.
