New York Comic Con News:  Enterplay will release a Discord Deck Box for the My Little Pony-Friendship is Magic Trading Cards, Enterplay president Dean Irwin told ICv2 at New York Comic Con.  The Discord Deck Box will be #4 in Enterplay’s series of Deck Boxes for the trading card line.  The full-color box will have an MSRP of $10 and will feature an exclusive Discord foil card, matching poster and sticker, as well as several packs of cards.
 
"The only thing we’ve done with it (the exclusive card) is sold 25 in a flash sale today for people that couldn’t attend a con," Irwin said, referring to a special online sale held October 13th that was mentioned on their Facebook page and presumably elsewhere.
 
The box will be available exclusively to the hobby market (no mass market sales) and is planned for December.
 
Final art on the deck box is not available, but as Discord is one of the "mane" reappearing antagonists on My Little Pony--Friendship is Magic, it will be interesting to see the final design.
