Joseph Gordon-Levitt has revealed via Twitter that he’s involved in a Sandman movie with David Goyer, and teased the name "Prelude," which may refer to the first collected Sandman arc, Preludes & Nocturnes. Gordon-Levitt’s role is to produce, and he may also star and even direct, according to Deadline, which also revealed that uber-writer Goyer’s treatment was what sold the project to Warner Bros., where the film is planned.
