Marvel will launch an All-New Marvel NOW! Nightcrawler ongoing series by Chris Claremont, Todd Nauck, and Daniel Ketchum in April, the company announced. 

The character was resurrected in Amazing X-Men and will now headline his own title, in which he will be paired with Wolverine in the first arc.  The storyline will take place in a dramatically changed world, in which Professor X has died, Cyclops leads a band of revolutionaries, and Wolverine is the headmaster of the Jean Grey School. 

Claremont has a long association with the character, from his runs on Uncanny X-Men and Excalibur.
