Marvel has announced that it will include the full story from Inhuman #1 as bonus content in the first issue of Amazing Spider-Man, which streets April 30. That will bring the issue to 70 story pages, with the Inhuman #1 story appearing after the Amazing Spider-Man story.
Inhuman #1 has sold out at the distributor level, while Amazing Spider-Man #1, with over 500,000 copies ordered (see "Over 500,000 'Amazing Spider-Man' #1"), represents the biggest sampling opportunity in the Marvel Universe in many years. "Originally we planned to go right to a second printing of Inhuman #1 following the sell-out,' Marvel SVP Sales & Marketing David Gabriel said. "But we realized that we’d get a much bigger impact by representing it with what will undoubtedly be one of the best-selling issues of all time."
Inhuman is written by Charles Soule (who replaced the originally planned Matt Fraction, see "Fraction, Madureira on 'Inhuman'") with art by Joe Madureira.
