Upper Deck will release Legendary: Villains- Fear itself, a small box expansion for the Legendary: Villains--A Marvel Deck Building Game, in February.
 
The Legendary: Villains set is a new core box reboot for the Legendary: Marvel Deck Building Game.  Released last summer, it is compatible with other Marvel Legendary products (see "'Crow' License, 'Firefly Dice Game,' 'Legendary: Marvel Villains'.")
 
The new 100-card Fear Itself expansion features original art, including four pieces of unique art per hero.  The story focuses on events from the 2011"Fear Itself" Marvel comics’ storyline (see "'Fear Itself:' The Mighty vs. The Worthy").  There are six new Allies (Kuurth, Nul, Skirn, Nerkkod, Greithoth, Skadi), the new “The Mighty” Adversary group (Spider-Man, Black Widow, Iron Fist, Wolverine, Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, Red She-Hulk, Doctor Strange),  and a new Commander (Uru Enchanted Iron Man).  The expansion also features three new Plots.  As an expansion, it requires a Legendary core set to play. MSRP is $19.99.
