Battlestar Galactica has been renewed for a second season on Sci Fi Channel, according to Variety. The miniseries got great ratings on cable (and was shown on network TV, see 'Battlestar Galactica Gets Network Exposure'); the initial episodes of the regaulr series have also been drawing large audiences. The entire cast is signed for the second season.
